"...I am in a rock band and work, well, under very hot and downright sweaty conditions several days a week. All the make up I've tried in the past has either faded or runs, constantly needs to be touched up, or is impossible to get off without a lot of pulling or tugging at my skin. Few other make up lines have the selection of colors NYX does, the prices are awesome, and the products are easy to apply and have staying power beyond belief, yet are easily removed with a good make up remover. I had Bourjois (expensive) and all the major brands - from department stores and "Great Lash" (lot of hype for nothing!), etc. When I got the "Doll Eyes" mascara, I figured it was just another bit of hype. I have just randomly run across your product. I was looking for blue mascara, something that isn't really a "hot" normal item anymore. However, your site popped up on Google so I took a look. What I saw really pleased me and I didn't end up just looking at mascara but at the polish as well as the lipstick. I have placed an order (bigger than I anticipated) and now am waiting for it to arrive.
What I WOULD like to tell you about is how much I appreciate you listing your ingredients of your products on your website. I am highly allergic to any sort of glycerine products and the derivatives associated with glycerine (glycerol, glycol, etc). I was able to purchase your product knowing beforehand that it was at least a safe product to "try" without getting any sort of ill effects from it afterwards, then regretting my purchase for health reasons.
I would also like to say thank you for your support of the military family in overseas locations. Many times our local selections can be limited or in some cases, products that we are accustomed to are simply not available. By making your shipping options include APO/FPO locations, you tell us that you value our business and that we are important also. You have no idea how many companies will NOT ship to military addresses. The military community shares a list of "who is APO friendly and who is not"... I am happy to put your name out there as a company that will gladly ship products to us.

I have been repeatedly disappointed by many cosmetic companies: Expensive shipping costs; slow shipping; no communication including customer service never responding to my inquiries; mistakes that are not rectified; and shabby products.
What first attracted me to NYX is the selection of colors, especially within the blushes and lip colors. You can find not only the modern, trendy colors but other colors that are not so easy to find such as cool-toned and goth-like colors. An example of this is the following coordinating combination: Blush in Taupe with Goddess of the night! Lip Gloss in Dream.
I rarely wear goth colors but it is great to know that it if I was looking I could go to NYX.
NYX also has beautiful, user-friendly packaging.
My personal favorite coordinating combination that's neutral leaning towards the warm side: Blush in Stone with Round Lipstick in Champagne.
I had only a couple of disappointments: The fragrance or taste of some of the lip products. For example, Girls Round Lip Gloss. The scent was like lemongrass and the taste was bitter. Also their liquid foundation texture was a thick creamy texture. I prefer a thinner, liquid texture. However, I would simply avoid the few products that I was not happy with.
NYX has excellent customer service, wonderful items, and reasonable prices. I hope NYX continues to be the way it is for a long, long time..."

Any money lost to me is a disaster, but I'd rather lose a small amount compared to large. Anyhow, I tried a few things, the diamond gloss, eyeliner, eye shadow, and eyebrow pencil and these cosmetics ARE FABULOUS!! They are so creamy and rich and best of all fit my skin! I have a really deep, rich skin tone, and its hard to find colors to stand out and look pretty on me and these are lovely! I really love love love the gloss!
