Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns I bought two of these, the gold and the silver, for Halloween and of course I just went for it without reading the description on the packaging, only for my eyes to be extremely bloodshot all night. The description read: Not intended for use near eyes. What is the point of making an eyeliner that you cannot use near your eyes? All the photos of the mua's who have used it look fine so I'm not sure if it's just my eyes being sensitive or not but there are a few others who have reviewed the same problem.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from Great adhesive, but irritates eyes I'm not quite sure why NYX would market a product for eye use then warn consumers against using it in the eye area. I was hoping that the Crystal Gold eyeliner I purchased yesterday would not burn or irritate my eyes, but it did, unfortunately. I had to use an anti-histamine to relieve the itching and slight swelling to my eyelid. On the upside, it sticks to your eyelid very well (I used a black liquid liner first to make the glitter stand out), and I gently rubbed my eye with a tissue to remove the liner and it peeled off all at once. If NYX could find a new formula that doesn't make the eyes burn, itch, or swell, it would be great.

Rated 1 out of 5 by from Burns like crazy "Not intended for use on eyes"? Are you kidding me? What is the point of making a liquid eyeliner that you can't use? I purchased this product in Crystal Silk and it burned the second it touched my eyelid. Not just a tiny bit like some eyeliners do... After about ten seconds the pain became unbearable. Half an hour later, my eyes are still burning.

Rated 5 out of 5 by from I have fair skin, brown hair, and brown eyes. Last night I wore the Gun Metal Liquid Chrystal Liner under my eyes and Benefit Skinny Jeans creme eye shadow on my lids to the crease. The Skinny Jeans is a darker grey than the Gun Metal and has a touch of green in it. I finished the look with a highlight color above the crease and mascara on my upper and lower lashes. The effect that the colors made together was LOVELY!!! The Gun Metal twinkled under my lower lashes. The glitter particles did not fall under my eyes or onto my cheeks throughout the entire evening. They stayed in the exact place that I put them throughout the entire evening. It also washed off easily. I have the same type of glitter eyeliner in the Urban Decay collection. In my opinion, NYX has a better product. I find that it applies more smoothly than the Urban Decay product. It also has a much better price! When you put it on sometimes it will sting a little as it dries. It is not a big deal. Also, If you want a very glittery effect, you will need to place several layers. good luck!

Rated 1 out of 5 by from It burns, and comes of in chunks. I was really exited to use this liner, because of the glitter and the recommendation from the Ulta rep. I've tried it 3 times just to make sure before rating. It burns when you put it on (I didn't put it on my waterline). It also comes off in chunks throughout the day, weird.

Rated 2 out of 5 by from Cute but not friendly to your eyes! this glitter is cute and true to color. It can flake off, I put a layer of primer first and that seemed to help it stick (concealer works for this too). I'm giving it two stars because when you first put it on it burns!!! My eyes were really irritated for probably five minutes. It stops hurting after a little while but beware the burn.

Rated 3 out of 5 by from ok...not as good as the old ones I was a HUGE fan of your Candy Glitter Liners, and was super sad when they were discontinued. They went on smoothly, didn't irritate the eyes, and you only needed one swipe to get the full on glitter effect. I purchased a few of these to try, and I'm so disappointed! The glitter is so inter-dispersed that you need a few wipes to make it look like a line of glitter. Also, they burn!! They hurt the eyes so much! Go back to the old formula please :(

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Glitterrrr <3 I use to buy glitter eyeliner at ultra but they no longer carry it . Green is awesome and disco but I don't see disco available. This glitter eyeliner beats any out there and really makes your eyes stand out . Where to buy it besides online ??? <3 I absolutely love this product and it glides on smoothly and stays on all day . I recommend you put black eye liner on first and then glitter awesome effects. My eyes feel bare without it....I recommend to anyone who loves that vibrant look ... Missin this in Cali :(
