Satin Eyeliner...?
I thought I had read that wrong when I picked up the Satin Eyeliner but as it turns out, it's the best eyeliner I've ever purchased! It glides on smooth like a liquid eyeliner or gel eyeliner but gives me a soft finish that I absolutely adore <3
