Please allow up to 3 full business days for your order to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.

Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped by the following Wednesday. Please Note NYX is closed on the weekends and major holidays.

Free ground shipping is on orders over $50 before tax (Not applicable on orders to Alaska or Hawaii).

If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.

ATTENTION: Please note that shipment of your purchase during a sale may take up to 30 days due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible!

All orders are shipped in the continental US only (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via UPS GROUND. UPS DOES NOT deliver to PO Boxes.

Please allow up 10 days for ground shipping.

Shipping Confirmation and Delivery
Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please track your packages as NYX is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages can be left at your front door by the shipping service if no one is home to receive it. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking email please contact customerservice@nyxcosmetics.com. Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Mail folder and to add weborders@nyxcosmetics.com to your safe list.

Returns and Exchanges

Our policy is that if you are not happy with any NYX product, we'll gladly return or exchange on us. Simple and easy, it's all about you!

Please note that returns are only on items purchased through www.NYXcosmetics.com. Items purchased from any other store or website will not be returned or exchanged.

What you need to do:
Call 1.866.NYX.1004 and ask for internet returns and exchanges. Give them your order number and reason for return or exchange. Mail package with return/exchange items inside along with a completed return/exchange form (see below). You will be sent a return shipping label and/or prepaid postage envelope. Once your items have been received we will process your refund or send out your exchange. Please allow up to 3 weeks from the time you call until the time you receive your refund on your exchange.
