Returns & Exchanges
We want you to be satisfied with your NYX purchase. You may return or exchange NYX merchandise, for a 100% money-back guarantee, within 60 days for merchandise purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com or within 30 days for merchandise purchased at any NYX Retail Store.
Merchandise purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com can be exchanged or refunded by mail within 60 days from the original purchase date. Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment used to purchase the item. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective.
To start your return/exchange process, please contact customer service here or 1.844.335.3510 with your order number and reason for return/exchange. Once contacted, customer service will provide you with further instructions.
Please note that returns and exchanges will be processed within two to four weeks from the time the items are received at our warehouse.
Orders shipped to an APO/FPO address are ineligible for a complimentary return label.
NYX Retail Store Purchases:
Merchandise purchased at any NYX Retail Store can be exchanged or refunded in store within 30 days with an original NYX Retail Store receipt.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable or if you are returning an item using a gift receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued.
All Other Purchases:
For merchandise purchased with one of our other NYX retail partners, please return to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
NYX is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Standard Shipping: Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.* Orders with standard shipping travel via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Ground.
Expedited Shipping: Expedited shipping is currently not available on NYXCosmetics.com orders.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as NYX is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $25 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.
*Attention: Please note that orders placed during a sale may take up to 1 to 2 weeks to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible!
International Shipping Policies:
NYX does not ship directly to international addresses. We have partnered with myus.com to offer convenient and fast international shipping to more than 225 countries.
How It Works:
1) Choose your myus.com subscription, create your account and receive your own US address.
2) Use your new US address provided by myus.com when placing your order with us.
3) Once we ship your order, myus.com will manage the mail forwarding process to you.
Please note that some items cannot be shipped to international addresses and are not eligible for myus.com's services. These restrictions include hazardous materials (e.g. Nail Polish). Additional restrictions may apply to your destination; the myus.com website has a complete list of prohibited items for different countries.
The unauthorized reselling or distribution of NYX products is prohibited. Orders placed with the intention of exchanging money for product, are against NYX company policy. We have alerts in our system setup to identify such orders. NYX reserves the right to cancel any order, without prior notification to the customer. Obtaining a myus.com membership does not bypass this company policy. If you would like clarification on whether your order is considered "reselling", please feel free to contact customer service here.
Our responsibility for loss or damage ends once your order reaches their warehouse safely. We recommend reviewing their insurance options for international shipments before you place your order.
