Position Summary

NYX Cosmetics is looking to hire an Ecommerce Marketing Manager to plan and execute comprehensive ecommerce and web marketing strategies including the planning and execution of digital content to translate the brand vision into a Strategic Marketing & Ecommerce Plan. 

Essential Responsibilities

Strategy & Planning
Develop the Strategic Marketing & Ecommerce Plan.
Develop a Master Calendar tied to the Strategic Marketing & Ecommerce Plan that details each Project’s key task due dates. 
Develop an annual Budget and manage all internal and external teams to achieve the budget. 
Actualize and reforecast the Budget monthly. 
Direct every task of each project from start to finish and provide weekly priority task list to the Marketing team.
Provide monthly Marketing Calendar updates to the management team.
Ecommerce
Partner with Site Designer and Creative Director to manage overall site functionality and customer experience.
Plan and oversee site creative content, monthly e-mailers, web promotions and social media tie-ins.
Manage Product Catalog including which items are sold online, product shots & product descriptions.
Coordinate product shot requirements with season launch dates and direct photography timeline.
Strategize, test and document Ecommerce Customer Service and Logistics procedures/guidelines from order placement to customer delivery to ensure optimal customer experience.
Analyze weekly/monthly Ecommerce reports and adjust future strategies and plans as needed.
Lead the seasonal and monthly creative briefing process which includes all facets of site creative, ecommerce media creative and mobile needs.
Write all briefs and secure approval of appropriate team members before it is broadly distributed. 
Coordinate and release email blasts on bi-weekly basis.
Work with customer service team to provide industry-leading customer satisfaction.
Plan and execute all Print & Digital projects from concept to completion including lifestyle & product shot, photography, seasonal product books, newsletters, e-mailers & invites, e-commerce materials, in-store displays, POP, product packaging and videos.
Prioritize & communicate project requirements and due dates for all Independent Contractors and internal staff.
Collaborate with necessary cross-functional team members to ensure all briefs are complete and well-rounded from not only an ecommerce point-of-view but also a brand point-of-view        

Position Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or related field
5+ years of Marketing and Ecommerce experience. Management experienced highly desired
Solid business acumen and ability to develop strong relationships at all levels internally and externally
Expertise in planning, executing, and managing multiple projects and teams in a fast-paced environment
Ability to work in a collaborative and cross-functional environment
Excellent communication and organizational skills. High attention to detail and brand standards
Passion for beauty 
Proficiency in Word and Excel
Basic Photoshop and Illustrator knowledge desired
Knowledge of web languages such as HTML, CSS, Java, .Net is a plus
Experience with e-commerce CMS systems (Magento, Demandware, etc.) is required
Global marketing experience preferred
Demonstrated ability to independently lead moderate to complex projects
Excellent communication and collaboration skills including influence and persuasion
Demonstrated ability to independently solve moderate to complex problems
Strong planning and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills - includes influencing and negotiation skills
Demonstrates flexibility and initiative with minimal direction
Excellent business acumen with the ability to conduct basic cost/benefit and return analysis on program
