Pretty...but disappointing
I ordered two of the Prismatic Shadows and I was very excited to use them but when I opened up the two eye shadows one of them is completely shattered and on the other one the lid of the container is broken! The one shadow that isn't shattered, Girl Talk, has a very pretty (but very pale) shimmery color that would work well as a holographic topper on my eye shadow since it is so light but I'm worried it will end up shattered with the cheap already broken container it comes in.

Broken
I ordered a few of these. The first order I received they were beautiful. The second order Dark Swan was broken. I’m very disappointed because it’s a stunning color. Just wish it wasn’t in a million pieces. I even tried sending a message to the Nyx cosmetics Facebook and never received a response. I love Nyx cosmetics but receiving this was just a disappointment.

Texture and pigmentation, two thumbs up
The actual color differed a little from the photograph online: 'Volatile' is more on the pink side of the spectrum than purple (the shade I was going for). But it's still a pretty shade, so I'm not mad. The texture is luscious and the color payoff is great.

I bought this color for our competitiive dance team. The color is beautiful but 80% of them arrived broke. Just not a little but the shadow powder was in the box. They were crushed. Poor packaging on NYX.

Yuck!!
bought glass slipper - had wanted it forever - wanted to love it - yuck!! No pigment, streaky, and lasted 10 minutes. Bought the so-called waterproof eyeliner and it ran down my face - was okay not even 10 minutes and co-workers were not amused! My husband returned it- couldn't believe how awful I looked- and put the money in the gastank!

Came broken.

Pretty but came broken
I bought the Bedroom Eyes shade-- and from what I can tell it's pretty, but I lost a good amount of product because it came completely ruined.
I immediately thought that I need to return it, but if I do that I will have pay for shipping on a new one-- even once I get a refund. I regret buying this.

It was broken when i received it. I sent a note to Nyx but they didn't reply me after ~2 weeks. I have to use alcohol to press the broken powder back to a smooth hard thing. The color was good but it does not blend at all.

Beautiful shimmering eyeshadows
I bought this a couple of months ago, I absolutely love it.when I got it I was impressed ,it actually matched the picture.I'm a green fanatic and it can be hard to find in a shimmer,it applied very smoothly and wore all day . Very silky .I believe I have found my go to green shimmering eyeshadow. I also thought your prices were quiten inexpensive. I’ve bought like 6 different shades of the prismatic eyeshadow and they are stunning! They are so creamy and pigmented. They look amazing on the eyes, u can even use as highlighter if u want. I want to get all the rest of the shades I’m so in love with these! Love my NYX!

Upsetting quality
I bought two of these and put them in my makeup bag. The next day, both powders had crumbled and were a total mess. I tried to keep using them, but one was so bad I had to throw it away after using it 2-3 times. I'm still using the other one, but it's really messy. It's disappointing because I really love the colors and the finish, but it's a waste of money if I have to throw them away after a few uses.
