Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great for Anti-Shine! I bought this primer to go under foundation but, the first time I tried it was when I was running late getting ready for work. I decided to try it on its own, just to see how opaque it would be on my skin (as a brown-skinned person, I've found that some primers give too much of a grey, white, or pink caste). This stuff is pretty amazing; I wound up using it alone that day, leaving the house with skin that had no shine, but still glowed! I've since used it under both powder and liquid foundations and had good results (better with the matte powder than the liquid, but I've been extra-shiny this summer). This is a definite keeper for me; the fact that I can use it both as a primer under my foundation and as a mattifying product on its own makes it a great value!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Amazing! I LOVE it. I didn't have a preference for primer, but when I used this one for the first time, I don't ever wanna go without using a primer! Especially this one. The texture is amazing, makeup lasts longer, and smells great. I just wish I was able to find a foundation (total control) to match me, unfortunately it was a no-go. BUT it still works AMAZING!

What is the difference between this primer, the Shine Killer primer and the Can't Stop Won't Stop Primer?

Can this be used a foundation on its own? What kind of coverage does it provide?

Hey Coley! Our Total Control Drop Primer does not provide any coverage, it acts as a base for your Total Control Drop Foundation to glide on soft and velvety matte. If you'd like you can definitely wear it alone but you will see better results when pairing with a foundation. We hope this information was helpful!
