Rated 4 out of 5 by KaiWiley from I had to retry thhis product a different way. I decided to try this product again after watching other reviews and talking to a few people and we agree that this product is much better as a serum and not a primer! When I use the product this way, I can actually see benefits. I first cleanse my face, exfoliate, then tone. After I tone my skin, the Honey Dew Me Up seeps into the skin much better and does not leave that sticky and wet feeling. After about a week my skin looked much healthier and plump. I feel like the gold in the product is still pointless but the ingredients are rather nice if used the right way. I really feel this product should be re packaged and marketed as a serum because it's got great potential!!

Rated 2 out of 5 by KaiWiley from Not as geat as I was expecting... I will post on my blog with more detail but, this primers just is not for me! I thought it would be amazing because soooo many NYX products are. This formula doesn't seem to be any different whrn it comes to basic priming. The gold flakes are a bit random and not small enough to illuminate the skin. The products feels wet and sticky to me and make my combo/oily skin a wee bit unhappy. Also, the packaging would be so much better in a pump form...much more sanitary. All in all this product has the potential to be great but I just don't think it's there yet.

Rated 4 out of 5 by Jrbeauty76 from Wonderful....but please lose the gold flecks First off...this is really more of a SERUM than a primer. This is not going to hold your makeup on like a silicone primer, but it is still pretty amazing. It is full of really fantastic ingredients. Especially Hyaluronic Acid, which helps the skin to absorb and retain moisture, the Portulaca which is anti-inflammatory and calming, collagen, and we love Allantoin, which is very soothing and helps increase water absorption to the skin, and also increases the smoothness of the skin; promotes cell replication and the healing of wounds, burns, and scars. Not to mention all the amazing botanicals. The ONLY thing that bothers me about this is the "gold flecks" . They are just unnecessary and a gimmick that just doesn't make any sense.

Rated 4 out of 5 by sarah87 from Flawless Finish I just received my Honey Dew Me Up Primer within the last two weeks and I really am happy with the purchase. This product caught my eye when I was perusing the website and I love that it is made with honey and other natural ingredients that are good for your skin. The first time I used this product I was a bit skeptical because it felt a bit sticky however when the product dries it leaves a clean finish and is not sticky at all. My makeup goes on quite smoothly and it does keep my skin looking fresh for hours. I would definitely purchase this product again.

Rated 3 out of 5 by not_japanese from LOVE the ingredients...but a couple silly things: Tons of botanical ingredients, honey, collagen, allantoin, but silly gold flecks that are too few and big to make any sort of difference (no one would ever notice them on your skin--you're left with what is probably 2-3 flecks on your face per application, and it looks like you somehow got glitter on your face). The spatula applicator is silly as well. Should be a pump. The texture is a little weird to get used to--kind of a watery honey texture. I do like it but agreed with those who have said to lose the flecks and change the packaging.

Rated 5 out of 5 by JessicaAler from Fantastic Product! I bought this because the cute name and interesting ingredients caught my eye! I'm so glad I did! It's phenomenal and perfect for summer! It's such a lightweight gel and it keeps my face from getting oily. The honey and gold definitely make my skin look it's best. My favorite part of all is how well my foundation stays on my skin. All my makeup stays on really well actually. Nothing budges, sweats off, or gets wiped off throughout the day. And my skin is so touchable! I highly recommend this as it's worth every single penny!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by Emvy from Will buy again! As soon as I got the email that this came out I knew I wanted it. I've been looking for a good primer and to me this is a really good one. Not only does it have all natural things in it, it makes your skin look smoother and better. I have oily/combo skin and i find with the right fountain it makes the makeup look better and stays on longer. It is a little expensive, but for the amount that you get you might think it won't last very long but a little bit goes a long way so it's worth it!

How exactly does this product get used with other skincare items? In what order? It doesn't contain SPF, but it's meant as a primer, so does it go on after a moisturizer with SPF? Will its beneficial ingredients still get absorbed this way?
I use it after my moisturizer, I have to use two different ones, and it still worked for me. I noticed a difference in my skin when i started using this primer. It does get tacky, but its supposed to because it helps your makeup stay on better and my makeup went on more smoothly than any other primer that i have used, and i have tried the Nivea men's post shave balm as a primer (the sensitive one) and i love the NYX on better than the Nivea one. Hope this helps.
