So I'm trying to grow out my eyebrows and resist the urge to pluck them. I bought this pencil hoping to tame my brows, but I am not a fan of it. It is a bit too waxy and can make little fuzz looking things if it gets near my concealer or highlight under my brow bone. This might work if used sparingly.
