The NYX Professional Makeup Access Program (“NYX PROFESSIONAL MAKEUP ACCESS” or “Program”), operated by L'Oréal USA, S/D, Inc., is open to legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and District of Columbia who are 18 years of age or older at the time of registration.
