We want you to be satisfied with your NYX Professional Makeup purchase. You may return your order with free shipping* for a 100% money-back guarantee through our official returns channel.
Returns are currently being accepted within 45 days for products purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com. For more information, read our COVID-19 statement here.
If you are not completely satisfied with your order, we accept returns of any NYX Professional Makeup purchase within 45 days of the transaction. Simply click here to initiate a return and generate a pre-paid label. Please pack the item(s) to be returned in the original packaging if possible and include the return packing slip included with your return shipping label with any return. Please call our customer care team at 1(844) 335-3510 for any inquiries.
Upon receipt of the package, the return process can take 1-2 business days to complete and 3-5 business days to post onto your account. Order credit will be issued to the original payment method and you will be notified by email.
If you would like to return your package with your own preferred mail carrier, you will still need to initiate a return online before sending. You will receive a copy of your invoice to enclose in the return package and prompted to provide a reason for your return. To ensure a quick and secure delivery, we recommend sending your return with insurance protection and keeping a copy of your return tracking number.
If you purchase NYX Professional Makeup products from unauthorized retailers or other unauthorized sources, we cannot offer you our money-back guarantee or otherwise assist you with any problems that you may encounter. NYXCosmetics.com Purchases:
Merchandise purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com may be returned by mail within 45 days of receiving your order. Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Please note that clearance items cannot be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. In addition, NYXCosmetics.com no longer accepts exchanges.
We reserve the right in our sole discretion to reject returns or charge for the product and shipping & handling costs in cases that do not meet our return requirements or that otherwise indicate abuse of the return policy or violation of NYX Professional Makeup Terms and Conditions.
Once you submit your order on NYX Professional Makeup, you can cancel your order within 30 minutes by visiting your account's order history section. For orders that are past the cancellation window, you can find additional details on how to return by visiting shipping and returns at NYX Professional Makeup. If you have any questions or concerns, please contact us with your name and order number, and a customer care representative will respond to you as soon as possible.
Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.
We currently accept all US credit cards which include: Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or debit cards with the Visa/MasterCard logo. We do not accept personal checks and money orders. Shipping Policies
Order Processing:
NYXCosmetics.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2PM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Expedited Shipping: UPS Overnight and UPS 2 Day Delivery orders placed during business days must be received by 2PM PST to ship same day. Otherwise, expedited orders will ship the following business day.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as NYX Professional Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $30 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.
