Merchandise purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com can be refunded by mail within 45 days of receiving your order. Online purchases returned will receive a refund of the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item is being returned because it is damaged or defective. Please note that items purchased on sale cannot be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. In addition, NYXCosmetics.com no longer accepts exchanges.
Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect. Engraved products cannot contain foul language. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

NYX Professional Makeup Store Purchases:
Merchandise purchased at any NYX Professional Makeup Store can be exchanged or refunded in store within 30 days with an original NYX Professional Makeup Store receipt.
Refunds will be made using the original method of payment. If the original method of payment is unavailable or if you are returning an item using a gift receipt, a merchandise credit will be issued.
All Other Purchases:
For merchandise purchased with one of our other NYX Professional Makeup retail partners, please return to the original point-of-purchase to determine eligibility for refund or exchange.
NYXCosmetics.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Domestic Shipping Policies:
Standard Shipping: Orders may take up to 3 full business days to be processed, picked and packed before it is shipped. Please allow 7 to 10 business days for your order to arrive.** Orders with standard shipping travel via FedEx SmartPost or UPS Ground.
Expedited Shipping: UPS Next Day and 2nd Day orders must be received by 11AM PST to ship the same day. Otherwise, your purchase will ship out the next business day.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.
Shipping to an APO/FPO address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.
Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as NYX Professional Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $25 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.
Holiday Shipping: In order to ensure delivery by end of day 12/24, please place orders by:
- 12/15/17 for Ground Shipping
- 12/20/17 for two-day shipping
- 12/21/17 for overnight shipping
International Shipping Policies:
NYX Professional Makeup does not currently ship to international addresses.
