Returns are currently being accepted within 45 days for products purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com. For more information, read our COVID-19 statement here.

NYXCosmetics.com Purchases:

Merchandise purchased online at NYXCosmetics.com may be returned by mail within 45 days of receiving your order. Accepted returns will be refunded the price of the item and any applicable taxes issued in the original form of payment. Please note that clearance items cannot be returned and ineligible items included in the return package will not be credited. In addition, NYXCosmetics.com no longer accepts exchanges.

Engraved products cannot be returned or exchanged unless due to product defect. Please allow an additional 2-3 business days for processing.

Shipping Policies

Order Processing:

NYXCosmetics.com is closed on weekends and major holidays. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.

Domestic Shipping Policies:

Standard Shipping: Please allow 3 to 7 business days for your order to arrive. Orders placed Monday through Friday prior to 2PM PST will ship same day. Orders placed after 2PM will be shipped the following business day. Orders placed on weekends or an observed holiday will be processed and shipped the next business day.

Expedited Shipping: UPS Overnight and UPS 2 Day Delivery orders placed during business days must be received by 2PM PST to ship same day. Otherwise, expedited orders will ship the following business day.

Shipping Outside of the Continental US: Orders traveling to Alaska and Hawaii can only be shipped via UPS Ground. Orders traveling to Puerto Rico or the Virgin Islands can only be shipped via FedEx SmartPost and may take up to 4 weeks to arrive.

Shipping to an APO/FPO address: Orders traveling overseas must ship via FedEx SmartPost and may take approximately 4 to 8 weeks to arrive.

Shipping Confirmation: A shipping confirmation with your tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided at time of order. Please track your shipment as NYX Professional Makeup is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Free Shipping Promotion: Standard shipping is free for orders of $25 or more before tax. Unfortunately, orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii are ineligible for this promotion.

Holiday Shipping: In order to ensure delivery by end of day 12/24, please place orders by: 

  • 12/17/19 for Ground Shipping
  • 12/19/19 for 2-Day shipping
  • 12/20/19 for overnight shipping

International Shipping Policies:

NYX Professional Makeup US does not currently ship to international addresses.
