I have used this multiple times, and like others was afraid I had made a bad purchase after reading others comments. I have not had any problems with the glitter, I just apply and it works! It does look goopey under the top layer, but it works! I would love to see a high pigment eyeshadow that is solid all the way through:-)
I love it!!!
I was reading the other comments before i bought and I was worried that I wasnt going to like it. When I got it I used water to apply it and used eye shadow primer to make sure it stays on. I love it I get so many compliments on my eye makeup when I wear it!!!!!
Glitter
If you're working with any type of glitter you need to be using "GLITTER GLUE." If not, of course it's gonna get everywhere and all messy!
