Swipe your glitter eyeliner over lids, the inner eye corners or lower lash line using the brush tip and allow to dry. Use a liner brush for a more precise application.

Severely Disappointed. Watery, yet chunky/uneven
Please bring back the Liquid Crystal Liners! This new formula somehow manages to be watery with the pigment, but the glitter spreads chunky and uneven. The product doesn't build well either. Instead, it gets worse and more separated the more you try to go over it. I can't get a clean, precise line of glitter.
I also think the packing is horribly wasteful and awkward, with the handle being huge and excessively long for the product amount. I'm really sad because I wanted it to be good so badly since I LOVED the Liquid Crystal line.
I love NYX (loyal customer), but this is NOT it. It completely missed the mark. I would not recommend this.

Love love love this glitter liner
I am obsessed with it, the liner is easy to use and very precise. And the price omg $8.00 cheap, for something that stays on even through sleep. And comes off so easily.

Flakes off
The color is pretty but you have to keep dipping the brush to even get a little of your eye and once it drys it gets flaky and cracks off in little pieces.
