Step 1
Define brow arches using Micro Brow Pencil in shade Ash Brown

Step 2
Create an etherial eye using Ultimate Shadow Palette in I Know That’s Bright. Apply matte green shade on the outer lid and crease. For extra sparkle, use the glitter green pigment on the inner corner of the eye and blend onto the eyelid.

Step 3
Build a fairy wing liner by first sketching an outline using Epic Wear Semi Perm Liquid Liner in White. Create a wing that extends out past the brow, then connect the outer wing to the middle of the eye crease. Draw abstract floral lines and fill in.

Step 4
