Sketch a triangle shape above brows and below lower lash line with the blue shade from Ultimate Shadow Palette I Know That's Bright. Fill and diffuse blue onto lids. Accent blue by blending green into edges.

Step 3
Paint an exaggerated mouth with Lip Lingerie XXL in shade Untamable by pulling the corners toward the temples. Use a blending brush to create an uneven texture on the edges.

Step 4
Draw stitching details to the outer corners of the lips with Epic Ink Liner in shade Black.
