SHIPPING & CANCELLATION POLICY
Orders on average take 3 to 4 full business days to be processed, picked, packed and shipped.
Expedited orders (Express/2-day or Overnight) must be placed before 8 A.M. PST, Monday through Friday, to ship the same day. Please allow 1 full business day for these orders to be processed, picked, packed, and shipped. Please note expedited orders placed on Friday will be delivered the following business days (except for major holidays).
Orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday and shipped by the following Wednesday or Thursday. Please Note NYX is closed on the weekends and major holidays.
Free ground shipping is on US orders over $25 before tax (Not applicable on orders to Alaska or Hawaii).
If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to let you know approximately when the item will be available or to suggest an alternative. Although we try to have the item in stock at all times, it is not always possible.
ATTENTION: Please note that orders placed during a sale may take up to 1 to 2 weeks to process in our warehouse due to high volume. We will try our best to get your goodies out to you as soon as possible!
All US orders are shipped (excluding Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands) via FEDEX SmartPost. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii are charged a flat $25 air freight fee.
Orders placed through the NYX Cosmetics website to an international address will be cancelled and charged a $25 refund fee. International orders can only be fulfilled through MyUS.com (see below for more information)
Please allow up to 7-10 business days for shipping. (Orders outside the continental US may have a slightly longer shipping time.)
Shipping Confirmation and Delivery
Shipping confirmation will be sent to your email address. Please track your packages as NYX is not responsible for lost or stolen shipments. All packages can be left at your front door by the shipping service if no one is home to receive it. If for some reason you do not receive your tracking email please contact email@example.com. Please make sure to check your Spam/Junk Mail folder and to add firstname.lastname@example.org to your safe list.
We do not ship directly to international addresses. You are welcome to use the forwarding service of your choice. We have partnered with MyUS.com to offer convenient, fast international shipping to more than 225 countries for our customers.
Sign up with MyUS.com and receive your own U.S. street address. MyUS.com provides specialized international package forwarding services from your new U.S. address to your international address.
Note: NYX is proud to offer a FREE Standard MyUS.com Membership to all of our customers. Complete all registration steps and discount will be applied in the final step after you enter billing information. You will not be charged for the standard subscription.
Please contact MyUS directly with any questions regarding forwarding rates and potential customs costs. Free standard shipping is only applicable to shipments within the U.S., please note there is a charge to forward your package from the MyUS facilities to your international address.
Cancellations & Updates:All cancellations and address changes must made via phone within 24 business hours. Once they have reached the shipping stage we cannot guarantee we can cancel or update orders in time.
